We are Javier (1985) and Lorena (1986).

We are from Los Navalucillos, a small town belonging to the Cabañeros National Park area, in the Mountains of Toledo, Spain.

 

We have known each other since we were kids and we are both  passionate about the countryside, animals and local products.  

 

We firmly believe in values such as local and sustainable development and circular economy. We want to contribute with a positive impact on society by rescuing ancestral traditions and developing an excellent quality product that provides added value for us and our environment.
